With any company without proper checks and balances in place, you will have wrong decisions being made constantly.

With that being said, Jeremy never lied to me our shorted my pay.I actually enjoyed working with them until the promotion of William Biggs. This guy is lacking all integrity, and then plays it off.i have personally seen him relocate numerous individuals from there home and family to dead end markets.

If someone doesn't agree with Biggs your a cancer...

As long as people generate sales, he will continue to move them across the country because like Christopher Scott they continue to get kicked from markets for ethical violation is now attempting to relocate to the south..where he will be eaten because of his attitude.

Now that William Biggs is the vice president of the company you have to work with him if your in sales, which us the only position they hire for. I quit my boss not DMI..

I know of at last 5 people in upper leadership roles that have left this company in the last 120 days, primarily due to William Biggs. When i say upper I'm talking about regional vice presidents and regional managers.

So to those who think Larson is the cause reevaluate.i am no longer with DMI, i was in upper leadership, the above reason is why i left not Jeremy .

My real name is on this report i have no reason to hide with a handle. This guy knows what he is doing, its just a matter of time until his operation will collapse.

We have been trying to get our hold backs released due to no charge backs in Southern California. Jeremy Larson and Brad Canepa refuse to do the right thing by releasing the hard earned money of the reps that helped them get on the INC 500 list.

Millionaires holding on to the money of the the people that made them millionaires is just down right dirty! The greed of this company never ceases to amaze me!

owner of deluxe marketing contacted me today and advised me to delete my report or else....threatened me with attorneys because i will not take down a factual statement with plenty of people to back up these claims. he told me i was slandering his company.....i told him that was his opinion, and our opinions are not the same.

I too, was one of the Regional Managers for Deluxe Marketing Inc. Josh couldn't have stated it any better. I left the company when I found out that DMI was going to be removed from the Southern California markets due to Christopher Scott and the stunts he pulled with William Biggs.

When I tried to talk to William Biggs about the situation, I was told I was the cancer. I successfully ran the Southern California markets for almost two years. The only time we had issues with Cox Communications, was when William Biggs would send in his cronies to make a quick buck.

I truly believed in Jeremy Larson and everybody at the corporate office. I had relocated my family halfway across the country for DMI. William Biggs has managed to get DMI removed from four Cox Communication markets with his antics.

William is quick to preach about integrity and leadership, but lacks very much in both areas. At the end of the day, all William cares about is how big his check is.

I hope for Jeremy's sake he quickly sees the writing on the wall. Deluxe Marketing is doomed to failure with William Biggs as VP of sales.
