Deluxepurse I placed an order in good faith. After a few days I was informed One of the items was not in stock, so I changed my order. Then they stopped replying to my emails. After 14 days I requested a refund w Internet

I recently placed an order with this online store. They sell handbags and I had seen two on there I really liked. As they were reasonably priced I bought them both. I waited a few days and then got an email from them. They told me they did not have one of the bags in stock. I reluctantly changed my choice and was told they didnt have that either. I then asked them to refund me for the second item and just send the one they had. At this point the stopped replying to my emails. After two weeks I asked for a full refund as I no longer had any faith in this company. Even the online account had stopped me from logging in ( am not sure why they did this). They asked for paypal details. I gave them it, but said I would prefer a refund on the card I paid on. After doing this they still haven't refunded on either. I may have to wait and request a refund from my bank. I would warn others to avoid this company.
