Demand Vacations promised in writing to give us $1000.00 airfare, 4 Bonus Weeks, and 2 for 1 Cruise. We purchased the 3 year try it before you buy it in Feb 2006 and went to Kauai in December. When we spoke to the Pahio sales reps. Peter Clark (manager) and Patrick Tuchy (salesman) we were informed that the company "Demand Vacations" was no longer associated with Pahio. So we were then told good luck getting any more out of Demand Vacations however if we would just pay them for the full ownership $3180.00 then they would give us the $1000.00 airfare that Demand Vacations had promised.

I reminded them of the promises that Demand Vacations made and failed on so what made Pahio any different than Demand Vacations but received no real answer but just give us some money and well promise to make good on our deal. sure like I would buy that from them!!! These people are not ethical and do really care what happened to you when Demand Vacations ripped you off.

The Pahio resort is nice but it doesn't have any air conditioning which would make it hard to enjoy yourself in the summertime. None of the Bali Hai condos have a view of the water. A few may have a remote view but no much. There are better resorts to stay at with much better views of the water and the beaches.
