Overpromises and sorely under-delivers. Quite frankly, I'm amazed that a company based on such a thinly veiled and somewhat ambiguous business model was able to dupe so many people, myself included. My customers were more bothered by Demandforce than anything else. Furthermore, once they made the sale and had my business, all semblance of customer service disappeared, and even after my initial locked-in year was up, they decided to fight the underhanded route and tell me I could not cancel, and that for whatever reason I had to endure another 12 months!! This company will do anything they can to take advantage of the consumer/business without actually providing the services they advertise.

When I attempted to file a complaint with the BBB in this same vein, Demandforce's response was to ask us what operating system we now used. They didn't address our claims of horrible service and being unable- EVER- to reach them for support, but instead wanted to see if the system ww=e were operating on they still can control, which they can't and shouldn't because it is our proprietary software of Blonder.

Basically, they are a well connected company willing to go to any length, no matter how shady or just straight up fraudulent, to get and keep someone's business. I've dealt with shady or just small companies that are very difficult to get ahold of for any type of support- Demandforce blows them out of the water with their not even bad but complete lack of customer service. I sincerely hope no one else gets roped into these scammers. You could just as easily find one good, solid social media expert to work their butt off for you and help you rather than lie to your face and never get the work done....yet charge you anyway. Ridiculous.

This is a duplicate, so I will paste the original response here.

Hello there,

Per our numerous emails as well as through conversation as moderated by the BBB (which closed the case satisfactorily), Demandforce has attempted to work with this business even though the business was not able to substantiate their claims in writing per several requests.

For reference, you received this message on March 5, 2013:

"Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind forwarding any requests that would fall under the 30 days written notice policy per the Demandforce Terms and Conditions, as well as any of the multiple requests with dates times stamped? I referenced the URL in my response from the BBB. Once you send that over, I'll be happy to get it taken care of for you.

The other option I presented to xxxxx was to understand the circumstances around your change in management system. He did not seem amenable to engaging in a dialogue about this, but that may be another way for me to manage this for you."

Demandforce has always been willing to engage with this business in an attempt to help resolve the issue. We will continue to maintain an open dialogue happily, but the business needs to also be willing to engage in a conversation.

Thanks,
Demandforce
