I used AMEX to order needed medication in June and was given a seemingly professional response that it was approved and had been shipped. Subsequetnly I made two more orders totalling $1100. Then I waited. Soon I could no longer contact them by email or through their website so I reported a problem to Ripoff Report.
After 3 months they emailed me saying that the product had been siezed or something. They asked me quite "courteously" if I would like a reshipment and I agreed. Then they said that the product was not available even though they priorly guaranteed my delivery 3 months earlier. They asked me if I would settle for something else. Now they say they did not recieve any money.
I have the AMEX statement that proves that the money was definitely withdrawn. Now they just seem to play these games, back and forth, through email messages, why, because there greedy and they don't care two hoots about someone else's medical problems. Just what's in there pocket!
