I also received a grant confirmation for Roy Wilson registered:179-721 and my letter also told the story behind the founding of the De Monaco Heritage Fund.

I am glad that I found your website and saw all the other reports about this grant ripoff. It appears that the operations have moved from Las Vegas to New York City.
