On October 20, 2010 I ordered an item from www.denenicolessalon.com. I paid extra for expedited shipping. I never received the item. I attempted to contact the salon several times over the last 4 months by email and phone and have never received a response.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The salon did not respond to the BBB's twp attempts.
This business owes me $61.85!!!
