Complaint Review: Denim Jeanz

Denim Jeanz charged my account for an order made on Nov. 5 that I have not received, company is gone Murrieta California

On November 5, 2008, I placed an order to "www.denimjeanz.com" which now no longer exists. The false company charged a payment to my Capital One credit card for $211.89. The company said that orders were to be processed and the customer would receive an email with a tracking number in 7-10 business days. I checked for two weeks and received no such email. When this happened I sent an email to the company at mydenimjeanz@gmail.com. I sent a few emails with concern. This is the conversation which took place throughout the months of November and December:

Since this date, I have heard nothing from the company and when I looked to send a complaint via the company, the website no longer existed. Whe I called the phone company, they said they had no records of a DenimJeanz company in Murrieta, California.
