DenimJeanz.com Stunned! Thought I was dealing with a reputable company only to find out that I've been screwed!! I am furious that I am a victim of fraud. Scottsdale Arizona
I did a search on google for Ugg boots. When I saw Denimjeanz.com, I thought it was the designer company and it was late at night and I was tired. They had a good price and without further investigation, I ordered the boots and gave them my Visa charge card number. What an idiot!! Everything look official and I didn't pay much attention.
I've been out of town visiting my Mother and it suddenly dawned on me that I had not received my order. I was busy, so didn't bother to check my email for their address. Every time I called my husband - I'd asked him if I'd received a package and the response was always "no".
Tonight, I sent them an email asking where my order was. They immediately answered and all they said was they had been shipped. No date was given, no phone number to call and a fake USPS tracking number which I recognized right away. That was when I knew that I was a victim of fraud.
This is the first step I've taken, but I will immediately call my credit card company and my insurance for fraudulent transactions.
I want to also note that the first email they sent me was mydenimjeanz@yahoo.com. Tonight, they used mydenimjeanz@gmail.com. I can't believe that they are still scamming people. Why haven't they been caught??? I promise you that I am going to take every action I can against them.
