I am extremely unhappy with the recent business I have done with DENIMOUTLET.NET. All of their products are listed as being "New" or "Direct from manufacturer"...but TRUST ME...don't believe it. I have recieved my 3 pairs of jeans from their EBAY store recently only to find that they are not the same jeans that are listed. They are shotty knock offs at best and on top of that don't expect to recieve the size you ordered either. Although if they have a size that they believe that they can pass off on the customer by scribbling out the proper size on their blue denim outlet tag and then cutting out the interior manufacturer's sizing tag (obvious with 1/3 of the tag still sewn in place) they will however send you that instead. Ohhh...and if you email them about the issue and ask them to send you the correct size they will accomodate you by allowing you to send the jeans back at your own cost and issuing you a refund at their convenience. So that way not only did you NOT recieve quality "name brand jeans" from their online store, you are also out of your money spent on them for the time being, plus the additional shipping charges, and the time, pain, and aggrivation to try and work with the simple minded people working for them. Trust me on this...It is well worth the extra couple of dollars to steer clear of these CROOKS! If you would like to see pics of the ACTUAL jeans sold compared to their online pics or read the emails recieved from the company in trying to resolve the issue with them then please email and I will be happy to share them with you. FINAL NOTE: Steer clear of anyone or any online store that does business with DENIMOUTLET.NET You will only be disappointed saying "that man had nothing to gain by giving us that info of his experience with the crooks at DENIMOUTLET.NET...I should have just listened!".

I have dealt with Denim Outlet on several occasions and have been very satisfied. Some of their items have tags and some don't. They are very clear about that in their descriptions of the items posted. This does not mean that their merchandise is a knockoff; it simply means that the some factories required them to remove the labels so they cannot be returned to the store for refunds, before they could sell the merchandise at a discounted price. I buy in bulk from Denim Outlet and this is how I know this little fact. Another thing for all to remember is that not all sizes are the same as it pertains to designers. I wear a 0 in Express and a 1 to 3 in Levis. Again this doesn't mean that denim outlet is trying to ripoff anyone. Denim Outlet works with its customer's and keep in mind that there are two sides to every story. T-rose has made some harsh accusations, but know that there are also many satisfied customers, to include me.
