Complaint Review: Shanghai Hotel

I bet we are among those many many companies that were scammed by Denis Muller. He approached to us in Shanghai and mislead us by showing his nice lounge located in Fairmont Peace Hotel. By looking at all those what he presented, we believed him and agreed to be one of his vendor. But our nightmare started, he didn't pay!

He is a professional scam and he is very good at finding excuses of not paying. He can even make you feel it was your fault that he didn't pay and he would always insisted he would pay soon. But after several months you started to realize he had been lying and you started to search his name on Internet, but finally found nothing about him.

The reason is simple! He uses the name Denis Muller and those information under this name were quited pervassive and most of them are in English, he easily fool the Chinese people.

He didn't have very innovative ways of making scams but still people got fooled: 

- First he has a cover of a registered company, usually registered in Hong kong considering it's very open and friendly investment environment. The previous company was called "Emotion Luxury Events" and got a lawsuit in 2008 in Hong kong and was finally disolved. After that he started another company called "Master Asia Profit" registered with Hong Kong government, which is believed to be the current front he uses for his scam. The company was also previously co-shared by him and "GRL 14 Limited", which had been involved in a few money laundry cases in the past. Google the latter name from internet and there is plenty information of GRL 14 limited. These information was filed with Hong Kong government and can be easily accessible. 

- With his ligitimate cover, he also rented presentable locations so that his scams doesn't look like so. He leased one small space from Fairmont Peace Hotel in Shanghai and has very presentable business deliverables to his targets. Peace hotel is one of the most historicla and famous hotesl in Shanghai, which is located in a premium location. Most of people after seeing these presentable luxury style background tend to believe he is a high-class businessman with big roots.

- He tells people about his great plan of organizing events, and looks for sponsorship and payments in advance. As no URL can be pasted here, you can simply googled the document "CHOPARD HONG KONG LIMITED VS DENIS ARMAND MULLER AND ANOTHER" and the document you found explains itself. And it was from the Hong kong Court.

We are currently seeking legal actions to bring punishment to him as what explianed, he deserves his life in JAIL, not travelling around world and do scams to people. Meanwhile in this internet-era, more people should get the truth and stop being the victims from Denis Armand Muller.
