Denise Garcia HavenEscapeBze Canceles reservations that were booked months in advance same week of stay! DO NOT TRUST! FRAUD! Miami, Florida
Booked a 5 day stay with Denice Garcia, who apparently works for or has some connections with Signature Residence, Inc. says her twitter @HavenEscapeBze and http://www.havenescapebelize.com in Miami FL (Florida). We booked the apartment and paid in early December for a trip we were taking mid March. 11 days before we were supposed to check in, and only 4 days before we were flying out to Miami, she cancelled the reservation via airbnb.com. She didn't even call or email. All we got was a cancelation notice via airbnb.com. After talking with airbnb, they informed me the cancelation was due to a maintenance issue, which obviously is unbelievable because to airbnb, she cancelled two other of her apartments!!! The best part is, when I went to check on airbnb today for another stay, I saw new reviews for Denice Garcia thanking her and saying what a wonderful stay they had the same weekend we were supposed to be there in the same apartment. Do not trust Denice Garcia. Plan a vacation with her and expect to scramble just days before you are to arrive. Had to pay hundred of dollars more because we now had to book a hotel with only a few days before arrival. WATCH OUT!!! SCAMMER!
