Complaint Review: Denise Higgins

I recently found an atv on craigslist it looked like a good deal decided to buy it contacted the seller Denise Higgins by email was told to send 1500 bywestern union .  I did so and received a delivery date. Then I was contacted by Denise Richards that ebay motors wanted a payment of 750 for insurance.  I informed the seller that insurance was never mentioned in the agreement, and would not pay it.
     She promised I would get it back in 24 hrs that didn't make sense so I asked her to pay. 
then goggled her name and got the ripoff report   So beware of this woman.
