Complaint Review: Dennis Kirk

I too, have been ripped off by Dennis Kirk.I ordered a set of carbide runners for a 900 Thunder Cat and recieved a pair that might fit a Kitty Cat. I was told I was responsable for all return charges. I said said Up Yours, and went to Al's Snowmobiles' where everything is much cheaper ,service is excellant and everyone seems to be an expert on parts. They or I have made mistakes(as everyone does),but all they said was ok and paid all charges to return and send other part. www als snowmobile.com New and used, can't beat them.
