Dennis Meiers Consumer Broadcasting Company WNKZ 690 am Radio Failed to deliver promised CD per signed contract Royal Oak Michigan
In April 09 I received a phone call from Dennis Meiers for an interview on his show. We agreed to do 3 interviews and I would be provided with a CD for future use. I paid $450.00 for the interviews and $45.00 for the CD. We did the interviews and after he said I would receive the CD within a week or 2. I did not receive it. A month went by, I called and left a message. He never returned my call nor did I receive the CD. It is now November and have called numurous times with no reply. My next step will be to report him to the BBB and possibly take legal action, which I hate to resort to. He does at least 2 interviews a day when on the air and is making some nice change for his so-called CD promises!
