Complaint Review: Glenbrook Construction & Realty - Dennis Mooney & Joe Dipipi

I worked for ths Company selling real Estate new construction, resales, and land, I had my real estate license, and started within another person at the same time and were told compensation would be 4% new Construction, 5% personal referrals.

50/50 split on resales and land deals. I acquired listings of Brae Hill owned by Alan Laird, and also a personal friend of mine had property on us 209 Business which she listed with me and finally closed on it last year. it was a $44,000 commission and I never received a penny.

While working there Dennis Mooney had 2 salespeople working there without a license one part time and the other full time before he had to let the full time person go as there had been some questions as to him having a license and it got back to the owners. That sales person then went to Clearview Builders.

Not only was I not compensated properly I feel that I had lost compensation because these two other people that Dennis Mooney had working for him without a licnse was taking clients from me and also the company had many disatisfied customers who had been lied to as far as finishing their homes.


any of the subs working for them were not compensated on a timely basis and were not paid all that was entitled to them for work performed. Customers disatisfied that built homes with them were in Blue Mtn Lake, Hi Mountain, Eastr View, Kettle Ridge, and out by Glenbrook Golf course. There seems to be a lack of honesty, Integity and ethics with the owner. I was not an owner in the Co. and because one of the customers stuck them for money on extras in order to get a final draw they had to sign off they said I could not get my commission on that deal.
