We have small business owned by husband and wife, seniors trying to sublement Social Security, our only sorce of income.

Denny Trousdale acting as a representive of Vericomm and CIT Lease Finance Group, told me the equipment I had was too old to be updated.

I asked for a price on new equipment, he said it would cost me outright almost $5,000 dollars. (LIE)

He then said they offered a lease program for $75 a month for 48 months. The transations rates for the processing credit card services that he offered distracted from the this.

Whereas he told me the rates savings would lower what the least actually cost. "He Lied"

I was never offered any other opptions.

This UNCONSCIONABLE Contract was unreasonable price gouging and was not excuted with good faith and honesty.

The offer provided a $600 piece of equipment for $3,597.60. Plus after the fact a $5.00 a month insurance.

A Non-Cancellable Lease was NEVER mentioned, it was called an application.

After repeated request we have not received a copy of any documents that were signed for service.

He promised to copy the doucment and bring it back to me, he said all copies had to go to company for approval.

What legal action can be taken against this Rip-Off Company and their Sales Persons for this Price Gouging sales tactics?

Can this contract be broken?

CIT finally faxed an unreadable copy of the "non-cancellable lease" the small print can not be read.

It would take Congress or the US Supreme Court to interpret the volumes of small print .
