 ON 3/14/15 AT 1:31AM I VISITED THE DENNY'S BY MY HOUSE WHERE WE GO OFTEN BECAUSE IT'S THE ONE PLACE THAT IS OPEN LATE BY WHERE I LIVE. A FEW MONTHS AGO I HAD FILED A COMPLAINT ABOUT AN EMPLOYEE WHO WAS NOT WEARING A NAME TAG AND I HAD SAID I WANTED TO TALK TO A MANAGER DUE TO THE FACT THAT OUR FOOD WAS SERVED LATE,AT DIFFERENT TIMES AMONG MY GUESTS AND WE ATE WITH NO UTENSILS AND NAPKINS.i ASKES FOR MANGER AND THIE EMPLOYEE BY THE NAME OF KLODYA LIED AND SAID SHE WAS A MANAGER AND REFUSED TO GIVE GENERAL MANAGER INFO.WELL ON 3/14/15 WE WERE EATING THERE THIS TIME SHE WAS SERVER WE GOT WRONG DRINKS,NO REFILLS AND SAME THING NO UTENSILS.WHEN CHECKING OUT I WAS INFORMING THE MANAGER NAMED MIKE THAT THE SERVICE WAS BAD AND HERE COMES KLODYA AND IN THE RESTAURANT IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS SAID TO ME IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SERVICE HERE THEN DON'T COME NO MORE b***h..i SAID EXCUSE ME? THEN SHE SAID YEAH IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT MEET ME OUTSIDE AT THE END OF MY SHIFT AT 4AM. I MADE COMPLAINT TO THE GENERAL MANAGER NAMED STEPHANIE CRUZ AND CALLED CORPORATE ON 3/23.I WAS TOLD THEY HAD UNTIL YESTERDAY 03/30/15 TO CALL ME BACK AND NO ONE EVER DID....I CALLED AGAIN TODAY TO DO THE SAME.....WE EVEN CALLED THE POLICE THAT EARLY MORNING...I AM TRULY DISGUSTED THAT DENNYS DOES NOT TAKE CUSTOMERS SAFETY AND CONCERNS SERIOUS. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS DENNYS FOR YEARS AND MY MOM HAS BEEN GOING FOR OVER 20 YEARS. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE.
