Denta White Deceptive Advertisement on Internet. A free trial turned into multiple packages and a $93. charge. Spanish Fork, Utah
I initially ordered a free sample from Denta White to try their whitening process. Months later I have a pile of the same Free Samples sitting on my counter unopened. While checking my bank statement I noticed a $93.00 deduction from Denta White.; I consider this a complete act of fraud and it disgusts me greatly. This company should be exposed for what it really is which is a scam. I truly believe it was set up for this one reason of taking peoples money for deceptive advertisement.

I've had similar problems. I found out that they automatically sign you up for a monthly billing plan for their product. :(
I found an updated phone number at (866) 982-5126. when i talked to the customer rep i kept a level head and they were helpful enough. I got my order canceled. I also found out you can cancel at white-smiles.com.
