My wife needed alot of dental work done, so we went to Dental Associates. The end result was she needed dentures on her upper mouth. When we first went to them they told us we should buy their supplemantal insurance to go along with our regular insurance, so we did.

Well, with every apponitment they tell you what you will have to pay at your next visit. They only take payments prior to the service.

Everytime my wife went in she would ask what her dentures would cost, before she got them.

They had said at first they would be $89.00. She continued to ask if that is all they would be, and was always told yes that's all.

In the end they were $93.00, still very cheap for upper dentures.

Here is my problem with them(Dental Associates), After about 6 months or longer, we received a bill for over $700.00 for these dentures. My wife tried calling them and even went in to the office to discuss with them and she was told that the price was only an estimated price.

Ok, she had paid the $93.00 and received her dentures, and then 6 months later they decided that she owed this $700.00 and they will no longer take anyone in the household as patients. Both my son and daughter have insurance and cannot be seen by them.

I feel that this is wrong since they are the ones who can't get their billing straight. Also my children should not be punished for a bill they think my wife has.

If anyone can help with this matter, I would like to hear from you.
