Dental Central Group Company insisted to get a conceltation, X-ray & Cleaning for 25$. I paid First. when it was over I did not receive a cleaning. Claiming they do not do that.I asked over the phone & at the front desk. "YES" Los Angeles California
I searched on Google maps for implants I called a 323 number located off of Vermont & Jefferson . come to find out they are located in MacArthur park . They claimed they moved a year ago. The receptionist explained it would be 25$ for conceltation, xrays & Cleaning I asked her including cleaning ? She responded "yes". I continued for an appointment. I get to the office I waited about 40 minutes. While signing my forms I had to pay in cash before I can see the Dentist. They took xrays and the conceltation was quick the dentist asked if I had anymore questions I said no. Then she insisted me to get a 200$ cleaning the same day I said does that come with the basic cleaning I paid cash for? I am supposed to have xrays done , consultation & cleaning. She avoided eye contact & said no let me check with "them". Her trainie came back into the room and said do you want to do a cleaning I said I should have a cleaning done that's what I paid for. She said no we do not do that. She said do you want to get started on that cleaning I said no thank you.
