Dental Plus charges you for services before they are performed. They force you into a room with a sales person and tell you that it is very important to take care of all the charges before you get the service. I did not have enough money so they made me apply for a credit card with 12 months interest free. I was suppose to get zoom bleaching but, my teeth was too sensitive. I had to pay for the procedure upfront. I was suppose to receive a refund but never did. The procedure was put on a dental credit card free of interest for a year. They have not refunded my $1000 for over a year therefore I now have to pay all the interest and the $1000. I call every week and they tell me the same thing that it will be taken care of and accounting will credit my account. Every month when I get the bill the $1000 is still there and has grown to $1900 because of interest.

I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they lied and said that they refunded my money. The amount that they supposedly refunded was only $525. The amount was suppose to be $1000 plus all of the interest that was tacked on. I can't believe they have the audacity to lie flat out. I feel like I should stand in front of their office and warn potential clients. They are complete frauds.
