Attn Chief : Lucia Becerra,

Department Of boat and Waterways

Hello I represent the Citizens of Contra Costa County We need the hazards in big break area a 1 mile area the poses a threat to wild life and boaters, this area is riddled with submerged underwater hazards . I personally fell victim to this area and almost died back in Aug 2009, . We pay registration on are boat and trailers to enjoy the water ways of California in Contra Costa County and Beyond .

Last year over 4 boaters destroyed thier water crafts in the Big Break Area and almost died, we come to you now to remind you we have a problem and ask you appropriate funds to get this mess cleaned up, the submerged items soaked in kreasote Tar and
Chemicals oil based products Lurk below the waters and endanger not only boaters but wildlife (You as the chief must take action ) .

With another summer in full swing nothing has been done to date all we have is promises of false hopes . Documented reports show this area is a !! Known !! Hazard to recreational boaters Us the Recreational boaters come to you again to ask you clean up the Area know as BIG BREAK located in the State water ways . Jurisdiction .

If your office decides to ignore this problem we will have no other choice to take legal action against to insure the recreational boaters are protected, we have paid your office and the funds are available to clean up this problem . How many other Recreational boaters need to be injured before your office takes action .

I want to thank your office on anticipated cooperation in this matter that is long over due .

Failure to respond will result in legal action and other penalty's

I urge other boaters who read this to take time to write your local government Get Involved You Pay for these rights when you register a boat
