I was to send $18.00 to receive the Cash Sweepstakes of $734,940.00, U.S. Dollars. Why would I have to send any monies if I actually won this sweepstakes? These types of companies should not be allowed to be in business if they are deciving people regarding Funds that supposedly they have won in a Sweepstakes. This is Fraud....They should be arrested.
