On  Feb 8-2001, I recieved a phone call at home and at work from a Carrie Smith or Kelly Smith and Scott Schneider  from the Department of Law and Investigation (phone number 863-288-0032) telling me I had a lawsuit for fraud and theft against me and that if I did not call back I would be " Very Sorry".

As many complaints before me they has an Indian/Pakistan accent.They said I has a lawsuit for theft and fraud agaist me an gave me my SS# and case file#  and bank account # as well as all my other perosnal information

They have threated to have me fired and repeatedly called my work saying I owed money to an online payday loan company, they would not give me a phone number for the payday loan company.

I told them I had no outstanding debts as I had recently been discharged for a bankruptcy and reffered them to my lawyers office when they cursed and hung up on me. Yet they still call and my work and home leaving threating messages.

I have read from others that they will call family members and friends and some people will get 20 calls at their work fom these scammers. Do not confirm any personal information to them!!!

I have filed complaints with the BBB,FTC and my states Attorney General and have filed a Police Report. I dont know if it will do any good since they are most likely overseas but protect yourself.

Jim is right they cannot do a d**n thing. My advise to be on the safe side close your bank account and go to another bank.

Why don't you have some fun with these clowns tell them that you just cast a bad luck spell on them. They believe in this

These Thieves want you to "Repay" a loan that never exised in the first place.
Ignore them, they can't do anything past Calling and threatening.
If they came to America they'd be arrested at the border, it's ALL BULL.
Names are fake, threat is false.

IN short, they can't do a d**n thing but threaten.
