Complaint Review: Department of Law and Investigation

So these Jerks keep calling my work phone how they got it i do not know.  But it seems amazing that they do not have any of my personal numbers.  Anyways, I never answer the phone and it goes to voice mail and I listen to the messages.  For one i do not trust anyone with a hard accent and can not speak proper English.  But the voice mails are always the same.  'Mrs Scott this is my third time calling you with no response (which is a lie I called and left a voice-mail for him the prior month and told him not to call my place of employment anymore the month prior) if you do not return my call within 24 hours i will be forced to turn this over to the court and you will spend 3 months in jail.  Really you should spend time in jail for standing on American soil and not knowing how to speak English.  i did a reverse phone number look up the number is coming from a land line phone in Sandersville GA.  Come on now if you are going to scam never give out your home number jackasses.  How do I get these people to stop calling me!!!!!! I am just about sick of it.     PLEASE SOMEONE HELP
