This company has called me and my husband daily for weeks telling me that I have a lawsuit with Law & Investigations of California.  The problem is that I know he is reading a script because everytime I ask him a question, he cannot rapidly respond.  

First of all, no Indian man in this world is named Charles Watson!  Secondly, when I told him if he could produce a copy of the lawsuit I would be more than happy to talk to him, he said he could not do that because he did not have a fax available...and you work for a law firm...OK!

Then when he called me at work today and I told him not to call me back, he did, and before I let him say one word, I hung up.  He proceeded to call my husband and told him that I gave him $100 today and my husband knew that was a lie and hung up too!

The nerve of these people.  I signed up for the do not call registry so many times, its ridiculous and now I have set my internet setting to not collect cookies because you never know who is picking up those crumbs.

Unbelievable.

If this caller has a middle eastern accent the next time he calls tell him you are eating pork while you have a voodoo woman inside your home performing a very strong voodoo hex on him they believe in hexes.

I too have been on the unfortunate end of receiving end of these phone calls. They call relentlessly and begin to threaten you. With all the technology that we have now, why have these sort of things not been stopped by now. This is very frustating and not to mentioned embarrasing when they call your job or your family members.

The next time this idiot calls tell him that you know this is a scam and if he calls again you will report him to the feds . What ever you do . Do not give them any imformation such as account #s Do not send this scammer any money . Say something that would offend him or scare him really bad
