Received a call from an unknown #, in which they left a message. Foreigner "OFFICER JAMES O'BRIEN" stated he had a very severe court matter to discuss with me, it is a very time sensitive matter in which he thinks he still can help me as of right now but won't be able to for long. I immideately looked up name of this company online b/c the first tip off was the fact he is a foreigner (no offense), much less couldn't state details on the message he left.

So being me, I contacted the number back and all i could hear is this loud noises in the back almost sounding like the individual was outside or in a factory type setting where you could barely hear him speaking. He said did you recieve a call from this number i said yes. First of all i would like to know the physical address, city and state you are located in, he said this is a legal firm mam, i said okay well what city and state is this legal firm located in, he stated Staton Island, New York. I said okay do you have an address or an website i can look up the validity of this company? He got very quiet and asked me to hold on. During the time i was left on hold i overheard them making a few more calls to other individuals giving the "EXACT" same message they left me. He came back to the phone and i repeated that if he could not give me an email address and/or a physical address then i was done with this conversation b/c it is nothing more than a scam. He hung up! So i think that tells you right there.

I think the key is the more people that instead of just letting them get by with this call them back, question them like hell, b/c they fret over what answers to give you and eventually loose interest b/c it is obvious they will not scam you because it is too much trouble to deal with. Therefore, they will move onto the next individual that might actually buy into their BS!!!

I tried filing a claim on FTC website but since i do not have physical address and they did not actually get any $$$ from me, it will not let me do so. I do plan on contacting my bank, and all my credit reporting companies so they are aware of the situation.

I sure hope these scumbags get caught & are tortured for every individual they actually get money out of.
