Depash Precision Tuning sold a broken product that they do not guarantee, and they won't allow an exchange. Rip-off! Kingsport Tennessee

I bought a set of Eurolights for $79.99 from Depash Precision Tuning as a birthday present for my niece. I probably made the biggest mistake ever by not opening them there. But I took them home wrapped them up.

When my niece opened them, they were cracked all the way across one. I thought I would just exchange them for another set. Boy was I wrong. When I called the store, the owner, Josh Housewright, listened to my story. Then told me that the company that he had purchased those particular lights from went out of business so he couldn't get those exact lights. He proceeded to tell me that he could get me a set from a different company for $140.

I said okay I will bring the broken lights back and you can order the other ones and I will pay the difference. Then he went on to tell me that he had a no refund policy. I told him that is not a refund is a return of damaged goods in exchange for another product. He accused me of breaking them at my home. He refused to see it that way and refused to make good on this sale.

I gave them a second chance at making good on the sale. After a lot of confrontation they finally agreed to exchange the broken product. The first time I was in the store the no refund policy that the uphold was not even posted on the counter where I made the purchase. I suggested to them that they post it where it can be seen anywhere in the store. They also admitted that they did not check the product when they checked it as good as they should have. I am giving them another chance to make this right so hopefully I will have my replaced product in a few days. If so then I might change my mind about doing business with them again.
