Complaint Review: Dependable Auto Shippers DAS

Dependable Auto SHippers has transported two cars for me in the last month. The first was wrecked to the tune of $401 when they drove it off the truck without putting th ramp down. The second was driven onto a truck and the roof smashed in. They also backed the same car into something which destroyed the rear bumper. They then dropped the car off without a word or notice of damage. When contacted, they claim only $250 liability maximum with a $100 deductible.

I was warned by others but did not listen. I will never use this company again and strongly advise you to not use them either. I bought cars to resell and after they were done, I was unable to make a profit and lost money too.
