BEWARE** STAY FAARRRR AWAY FROM DEPENDABLE AUTO SHIPPERS!!! DAS IS NOTHING BUT LIARS, THEY WILL TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR TO GET YOUR BUSINESS!!! TRUST ME ON THIS ONE GUYS!

HOW CAN EBAY GIVE THESE LIARS SO MUCH BUSINESS??? I WILL BE CONTACTING EBAY AND TELLING THEM THESE GUYS ARE GIVING EBAY A BAD NAME AS EBAY'S PREFFERED RECOMMENDED SHIPPING CO. I HAVE BEEN LIED TO NUMEROUS TIMES, EVERYTIME I CALL TO TRY AND FIGURE OUT WHY IT IS TAKING SO LONG, ALL THEY CAN SAY IS PLEASE BE PATIENT, IT WILL BE THERE SOON.

MY CAR HAS PASSED RIGHT ON BY MY STATE OF PA. CAR WENT FROM OHIO TO NEW YORK, AND IT IS ONLY 5 HOURS AWAY AS I AM TYPING THIS, YET THEY TOLD ME IT WILL BE ANOTHER 7-8 DAYS BEFORE I GET MY CAR! IT HAS ALREADY BEEN OVER 1 MONTH SINCE IT WAS DROPPED OFF!!!

IT TAKES THEM 10-11 DAYS JUST TO GET THE CAR A DRIVER, THEN IT HAS TO BE LOADED, WHICH TOOK A FEW DAY, THEN THE LOOOONG WAIT FOR SHIPPING. SO THAT 11-15 DAYS ESTIMATED DELIVERY (INCLUDING THE TIME IT TAKES TO BE LOADED AND INCLUDING ACTUAL SHIPPING TIMES) THAT THEY TELL YOU IS A CROCK OF CRAP!

LISTEN TO EVERYONE ELSE'S REVIEWS, THEY ARE ALL RIGHT!!! THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST FRAUDSTERS OUT THERE. SAY WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR CAR!

I TOLD THE OPERATOR THAT I WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS ABOUT GOING WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF ALL THE HORROR STORIES I READ ON TRANSPORTREVIEWS.COM AND HE ASSURED ME THAT THEY DEAL WITH OVER 120,000 CARS EVERY YEAR AND THERE WILL JUST BE A FEW BAD SEEDS THAT WILL COMPLAIN OR MAKE SOMETHING UP. HE SAID THEY GET ROUGHLY 50 COMPLAINTS A YEAR WHICH IS HARDLY NOTHING FOR 120,000 CARS. WELL HIS PITCH WORKED, HE FOOLED ME AND UNFORTUNATELY I WENT WITH THEM. MY LUCK CAN'T POSSIBLY BE THAT BAD THAT I AM #51/120,000. SEEMS LIKE THEY LOAD A TON OF CARS ONTO 1 DELIVERY TRUCK AND STOP EVERYWHERE THAT PURCHASED THE 11 DAYS GUARANTEED DELIVERY FIRST, NO MATTER WHAT STATE IT IS IN.

PLEASE GUYS, DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE, I READ THE REVIEWS AND STILL WENT WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! THE REVIEWS ARE ALL TRUE!!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM DAS THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY TO USE BY FAR!!!!!

Understanding Transit Time Options

We, at DAS, certainly understand your frustration. In transporting over 140,000 vehicles each year, we recognize that there are some shipments that will not go according to expectations. In those cases, our customer service team will work with the customer, within the guidelines of the services purchased, in any attempt to remedy the problem as quickly as possible.

Please keep in mind that DAS offers a menu of services that allow each customer to tailor their move to meet their specific requirements. For instance, for the cost conscious customer, there is a program that provides terminal to terminal shipping with no guaranteed transit time. While the pricing is extremely competitive for this service, longer transit times can often become problematic for the customer.

For those customers with time sensitive shipments, we offer guaranteed transit times, expedited transit times, and a Fast Track program, all available for a modest additional charge. Also, for those customers requiring services from and to the door, a door-to-door service is also available.

We convey our apologies if we failed to explain the level of service you purchased and hope you will find it in your heart to reconsider using DAS in the future.
