Dept of Childsupport and Enforcement Virgina, Va child support using a VOIDED support order from South Carolina Hampton Virginia
In 2004 a child support order was entered in Marion S.c. In 2005 the same court in S.c closed dismissed WITH PREJUDICE and VOIDED that order. That same year Va began using the order AFTER s.c VOIDED it. I have been fighting since 2005 against Va. They have been given SEVERAL copies and letters from South Carolina about the order NOT BEING LEGITIMATE and have been told to STOP using it. In total they have stolen over 25,000 from me.
