Complaint Review: Derby City Media

Do not fall for this scam like I did.This is nothing but a well planned scam that I unfortunately fell for.They said "free AcaiBerry & Colo Flush trail" only pay for shipping $ 4.95 and 4.99 for each 30 pills item.They also said in they add:If not happy with AcaiBerry dietary supplement and Colo Flush  colon cleansing supplement just cancel within 14 days! I received the supplement and tried colo flush for one day.I got cramps in my legs and I stoped takin the supplement.I called them the next day to cancel.All within 5 days after purchasing this bad stuff. (This supplement has not been evaluated by FDA by the way and just a red flag there).Then this morning checking my bankstatment this rib-off company charged me $88.14 anyway after I did cancel long before 14 days trail period.I asked for cancelation# at the time  I did canceld this bad stus.The said,, they would send e-mail to confirm my cancelation. Right you guest it! they never did.So to make long story long I had to cancel my debit bank card in order for them not to charge again and they will after reading  all the bad experiance people have with this rib-off company.So never fall for this so called "free trail" I called them many times just waist of time the phone busy,bust, no wonder if you ask me.They give you no e-mail address either.I never did open the AcaiBerry supplement bottle.T.V star Ophra never recommended this company,but they use her name.So never give them your credit or debit card # if you do they will charge you bib time without your knowledge.Their cancelation policy is a joke.It is  part of their scam.Also no billstatement in the envelope when I received the order in the mail.No wonder!!
