DerbyGear.com Unwilling to help stop the herrasment caused by one of their clients Muncie Indiana
After starting to receive several (5-8 ) calls a day about cars and car parts I supposedly have listed on DerbyGear.com, I decided to do some research. I found my private phone number on DerbyGear.com attached to several postings being offered by "rwinter in Heber City UT 84032.
When I finally found a telephone number (765-286-0023) for DerbyGear.com, operated by Sam Dargo, 904 S. Edwards Rd in Muncie, IN 47302, I tried to call. The first 4 attempts were unsuccssesfull. The phone just rang and rang until it automatically disconnected. There is no answering machine attached to this number. on attempt number 5, a female person answered. I explained my problem and frustration at receiving unsolicited calls for listings on their website. The person on the phone proceeded to tell me this was not their problem and to bad for me. As tried to continue she raised her voice and stated that they would do nothing about this and it was my problem.
www.DerbbyGear.com is owned and operated by Sam Dargo, who should care what happens on his website if this were a legitimate and honest business. This is obviously not the case. This business has no ethics or they would at least have attempted to assist me instead of just blowing me off.

Its an obvious slander of the company by a user who cannot and did not read the terms of service agreement to use the website.
There has never been any call to my office left for any female to deal with.
Derbygear.com is and always has been owned by myself and no other entity has ever been directed to have any dealings with the public or the users.
Thanks to your website allowing complaints without merit, and anonomous users to hide behind it to make false statements I am refuting his claim and rebutting it with my own diatribe of facts.
1 Fact is he illegally used my name and my address publicly slandering me and my office.
2 your use and allowing it to be used in such a manner in furtherance of the slander may also make you liable for any damages.
Anytime someone disagrees with any business owner this garbage site will allow them to slander the owners and their businesses with unfounded, unproven, charges with no proof whatsoever.
Thanks for such a place and the notification via my email account offering to assist for a price to amend or remove this slanderous report!
Enough said about this except to turn it over to an attorney to subpoena the name of the slanderer, and seek damages from you and the offender.
