Complaint Review: Derek Bollwinkel Apex Enterprise

 first of all I'm alex too. and second of all I guarantee your a*s is working with walker and his wife. so I promise you none of us believe a word that's coming out of your mouth. all lies. and I'm sure walker is paying you to post things on here because he wants to try and get people off his back. not gonna happen. as long as we all live were gonna do everything to take walker and his wife down. for good this time. you and him and his wife should be ashamed and deserve to spend the rest of your lives in prison for preying on innocent victims that put everything up just to have it taken away. walker needs to be excommunicated with his wife. we will do everything in our power to bring justice to all of us. I have read the rip-off reports and rebuttals.. Obviously this Derek guy was involved in something. Maybe unwittingly, maybe not. But I have some questions... If this guy is so bad, why are there not more reports on him? I am sure that I could look up McDonald's or Fry's Grocery Store and find complaints about them. But I have usually had a pretty good experience with them. No one is going to be happy all of the time. Every place I have ever worked has some one with something nasty to say. I just looked up my old rental company, with whom I had a great experience.. Guess what? They are there. Same thing with my old apartment complex.. I loved that place. My sister moved in three doors down and loved it there too. I went to the Maricopa County Superior Court website and looked him up. He has had some issues. But we all have. I hope that giving him the benefit of the doubt does not burn me in the end. Guess we will see.

So I just wonder if these are a few who had issues and represent the majority? Or is it the minority. I wish I could talk to someone who has done it.

First of all "Alex" or "Derek Bollwinkle" or "Derek Walker", whoever you may be....This is a SCAM. Nothing worked out like this guy said it would, and it never would have regardless of our situation. We drove around for a week looking for a house, talking to owners who were skeptical about what we were trying to do, and came out empty handed. I was well aware of all the leg work that was involved. It wasn't the issue of being "lazy", it was the issue of Mr. Bollwinkle blowing us off. We gave him several leads that we never heard back on. This so called "list" that he charges $250 bucks for you can find on the internet.....for FREE! And as for the charges. He obviously had some sort of involvement otherwise he NEVER would have been arrested. You are and probably always will be the only person to say anything good about this clown. Kudos to you buddy for comin out on top. Have fun paying only utilities for the rest of your life and no house to show for it. 

My name is Alex and I am a customer of Dereks and have been participating in this house sitting program for over four years now.  I referred another friend to the program on Monday and he did a check on Derek and the company and told me about this post so I thought I would give my experience.

Derek bought our home that was in foreclosure over four years ago.  It was a short sale so we did not get any money out of it but we dont have a foreclosure on our credit report either.  We lived in our home for eleven months while he was doing the short sale without having to pay our mortgage and so we saved up a lot of money (our mortgage was about $1,500 per month).

After he bought our house we started the house sitting program with him in another house.  He charged us $500 and we got a house in two hours.  I think this was a record because I have other friends that we have referred to his program that told us he uses our 'two hour example' in his presentation on how quick it can be done.  We have stayed in three houses for him in four years and we have always been able to stay in the same school district for our kids the whole time.  We have saved up a lot of money in that time as well because we dont have to pay rent or mortgage (we save our $1,500 per month in savings so we can pay cash for a house in a few years).

We have referred many people to his program and he pays us fifty dollars for anyone we refer to his program that gets a house.  Five of those people are close freinds/family and three out of the five have gotten a house to live in.  One of the two that didnt get a house ended up moving out of state and the other one is/was just plain lazy.  He still complains to us about the program and it was over two years ago.  He is the same guy that got mad at me about the exercise program I told him to buy because it didnt work for him (but he never got off the couch to do it, he just watched the videos and decided it wasnt worth it, duh).  I have also got Derek other houses to do short sales on and he pays us $500 for every extra house we get him.  I cant quit my job because I need the insurance, but I could probably make more money working for him then my job if he would give us insurance.

Derek never promised us a house, in fact he has always told us that it is our job to get ourselves a house and his job to keep us there for six to eighteen months for free (we do have to pay our own utilities).  I do know Derek had some legal problems because he had another guy bringing him deals that was forging the deals and then skipped town and left Derek holding the bag.  All the police departments that were involved dropped the charges exept one department and so the original twenty plus felony charges were dropped to around four charges.  I also believe that Derek was given a ninety day supervised probation for the charges so it is not like it was some criminal mastermind thing.  This is all on public records and easy for anyone to check out for themselves.

The bottom line is that we have lived rent and mortgage free for over four years, we have saved a lot of money, we have stayed in the same school district for our kids and all of this for a total cost of $1,500 ($500 fee X3 houses) plus utilities.  We have referred friends and family that have had the same type of positive experience with this program and with Derek.  I am sure there are people that go into this type of thing looking for charity or a hand out.  If you are, then this is not for you.  I hope the guy that wrote this and is having problems can get things worked out ok, but his troubles probably have very little to do with this program or with Derek.  There are a lot of great deals out there and a lot of scams.  This has been a great deal for us, just my two cents.
