Complaint Review: Derek Odell Kirby

A grifter at best potentially a hustler.  Derek uses his youthful looks and occasional charm to convince people that he deep and lucrative connections in the entertainment industry.  While there is some basis to this Derek seemed to deeply exaggerate the intimacy of his connections. 

Derek would frequently offer deals that were vague and suspicious and unconnected to paperwork.  That involved giving him cash in a hurry for alleged payouts that seemed too good to be true. 

One assumes it was to support a lifestyle that always involved living in the world's major cities, searching for alleged deals and eligible heiresses while endlessly drifting of friends and acquaintances.  

There was suspicion that after a DUI conviction Derek had taken on a more wholesome life living with his mother in Bowling Green.  However, he still owes considerable debts, and when asked about them he counter offers entertainment deals with dubious legitimacy.  There has been consideration of requesting federal investigations into Derek Odell Kirby, but in some ways, some may wonder is it worth it.  Mr. Kirby makes no attempts to settle his outstanding debts for over a decade.  

Due to the difference between his alleged and actual lifestyle Derek was once given the nickname "Derelic't" from the Movie Zoolander and his inability to afford the upkeep of the lifestyle he alleged to have.
