In my opinion and based on my interaction and expereince with him, Derek Stuckey is just another thug among many others claiming that they can get your real estate project funded. He is a friendly guy who says that his primary intent is to "help you": help you move money out of your pocket into his, that is. He talks about financial instruments such as debentures that he doesnt even begin to understand. Then there's the "no payments for five years" enticement. All the while, there are barking dogs, screaming kids, and a blaring tv in the background, while he seemingly ate his dinner.
He's apparently reading from a script from some MLM group or organized scammers, but he's not adept enough to be convincing. He wanted to tell me about "pre-closing buyer's remorse" that made absolutely no sense in context: clearly contrived and scripted by morons.
Then, there's the "send me $27K" to get started. Crooks at this this level are always stupid enough to think that there victims are more stupid than they are, and this dude is, sadly, just another first line crook.
