Complaint Review: Deritage Cosmetics

i ordered two free trials of dermitage lotion, paid for the trial sizes yesterday i received another order of lotion and was charged 93.00 for one kind and 72.99 for the other. when i called them they said i would have to pay a 10% restocking fee as well as shipping. even though i had never authorized the purchase.

lesson learned never ever ever order free trials of anything. when credit card was contacted they said they would dispute the charge but only after i sent it back.
beware of any free trials!!!!
