Derm Essence Beauty Skin CareEye Serum sent items not ordered without authorization and charged restocking fee for returned itmes Albany Georgia
I ordered a trial set of skin creme and eye serum in early February; two weeks later they sent another oder billing me $94.00 and $95.00 for the itmes. When I called to complain, I was told that I could return the items but there would be a 15% restocking fee.
The restocking fee for each item is about $14.00. I will have to pay the return postage and $28.00 in order to not have to pay $189.00 for something that I did not order. This is a scam.
