august 2017 derma/devine offered free trail of anti-aging face cream and anti-aging eye for shippng only of $6.99.
my accoopunt was charged $89.74,94.88 in September 2017 and $84.97,$89.94and in October 2017.
called and spoke to representative requesting my refund. was told they don't give refunds. told derma/ devine i was calling the fraud department on them. they consented to refund partial and stop the auto ship i didn't authorize or request. have not received refund. i will have to close my credit card and request issunace of another card. they are frauders, thieves and liars. How can i recover all of my nonies???
