Derma Genetix DECEPTIVE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS Internet
I saw an offer for a product from Derma Genetix that looked too good to pass up. It was a free trial offer and all you had to pay for was the shipping charges. I decided to try their Derma Genetix Age Defying Skin Cream and pay the $4.95 for shipping.... before finalizing the purchase they offered another product, Derma Genetix Age Defying Eye Serum for an additional amount giving me a grand total for shipping at $9.92. I thought this was doable and I would try them and see how they work.
I ordered my 2 Free Trail items on May 25, 2017, which was 1 day before the Memorial Day Holiday Weekend. I received my order on May 31, 2017. Knowing I had 14 days to try the product I waited until June 12th to call and cancel any further order. Much to my surprise a few weeks later I noticed two charges on my Bank Statement from Derma Genetix, 1-$93.80 and 1-$94.77, these went through on June 12th, the same day I canceled my order.
I called them and asked why I received a additional charge after canceling the Free Trial products with-in the 14 days trial period. He informed me the trial period begins on the day of the order, so in my case I ordered on May 25th I had until June 8th, and as I said earlier my products reach me on May 31... giving me only 8 days to try the products. Oh, yeah he also told me I received the regular size products not the trail size product.... And that's why they charged the full amount.
So they did a total Ripoff on me. I'm mad and tired of being lied to and cheated. This business muct be stopped !!!

On July 21, 2017 I finally received the second refund for $93.80 from Derma Genetix, the first refund came through on July 6, 2017, $94.77. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Derma Genetix, St. Petersburg, Florida on June 30, 2017, for deceiving their customers. They, Derma Genetix offered me a refund of the two charges if I would drop my complaint. Since I now have the two refunds my dispute with them has been resolved. I would like to say I will never do business with this company again...

I ended up filing a claim on June 30, 2017, against Derma Genetix through the Better Business Bureau of Florida. On July 4, 2017 I received a phone call from them, Derma Genetix, they wanted to know why I filed a claim against them with the BBB... I explained what had taken place and they agreeded to refund my 2 charges of $94.77 and $93.80, but not the shipping charges. I agreed with them that was all I was asking for. On July 6, 2017 I received 2 emails from Derma Genetix, each one showing the following information, refund amount, through what payment I used, refund date and transaction ID #. I thought OK... that's good. I checked my bank statement online and noticed right away that they only refunded me 1-refund in the amount of $94.77 on July 6, 2017. I called them on this and was told both refunds were sent and that I should have received 2 emails from them explaining this. I once again told the person that only 1-refund came through my bank. They said it wasn't their problem any longer because they sent the refunds and I now needed to contact my bank to see what went wrong. So as of this date, July 16, 2017 I am waiting to hear back from my bank as to where my second refund is. I have to highly advice people not to do business with Derma Genetix... they like to play games with you and your money for as long as they can get away with it !!!
