Complaint Review: Derma Genetix/ Wizat eye cream

 My wife went to subscribe to get a trial sample for 4.99. When she submitted the credit card information she agreed to the terms hidden inside the terms was a 14-day call back to cancel. If you do not call back you automatically subscribe to a monthly subscription from each cream based on 1 trial product turns into 2eyecream/facecream at $94.77 -7/11-/17- 1st charge 7/12/17 -2nd charge93.80 (manually keyed in)that's $ 188.57 a month=$2262.84 per year!!! We called back to cancel subscription and they are still going to take a partial of the payment and on top of that she really never got the sample because she has to return it now in order to get some of the money refunded. FYI they manually keyed in the second charge should be against the law. The only reason that we caught it as soon as it hit it's because I have everything set up on alerts. And the credit card company wasn't much help because of the terms and agreement. So I can only imagine all the people are taking advantage of that don't look at their credit card statements except once a month and by then you're probably already receiving the second charge for a monthly charge and if it's automatically paid you probably don't even look so beware of these people that want to take advantage of people that actually get up and go to work!
