Complaint Review: Derma Gentix

Derma Gentix I tried to cancel this product a week after receipt via call and email. Customer service was manned by a rude foreign man asking for my credit card which seemed odd. He hung up on me. Multiple calls to customer service have not been returned. Santa Ana, Internet

Attempts to cancel order the first week I received were unsuccessful.  I called customer service and got a rude foreign man who wanted my credit card information.  Which I felt was not a good thing and he hung up on me.

 

I also emailed to an address I found for the company but received no response.

 

I did not want additional orders at $94.00 until I had tried the cream, but one came to my home yesterday, july 18th.

 

I have tried to call customer service 5 times since then.  Left messages for return calls and my issue, but have not received an call backs.

 

Three times I was put on hold for a long period then disconnected.

I don't believe they really have customer service, they just have bait and stick with product and costly additional shipments.

Stay away from this company.
