When I orded a beauty product shipment was late ariving I called and they extended trial period.But when I called to cancel they went straight to my bank account and charged me $89.99 I calle dback and they said they had no record of my call to extend and would not give me a supervisor to talk to and this company uses outsorcing so talking to them is difficult language issue
