Dermabeauty Signed me up for a free trial that I did not sign up for Internet

 I saw an ad for a free sample on face book saying ellen degeneres was giving away samples of a skin care product for shipping cost. I get free samples by paying shipping all the time. I signed up and got a call back from a customer service rep asking if I wanted to sign up for a trial offer. I said NO but gave her permission to call me back to talk about it later. She waited about a half n hour and blew my phone up. I was busy and annoyed she'd blow up my phone so I ignored the calls. The next month I received an email saying I had been charged almost $400.00 for 2 bottles of eye rejuv and 2 bottles of truskin. I did not receive an email for the first month they charged me. I immediately canceled and called the company. I talked to 3 different customer service reps. One hung up on me. There were no supervisors avaliable to talk to I had to wait for a call back. I waited a week. The supervisor insisted that I signed up for a trial after I told him I did NOT and told the sales rep NO. He did nothing to help me said there are no refunds. I asked for a corporate head quarters address and phone number. He would not give it to me. He kept saying I could look up the email address on my email receipt and it would be there. I asked why he didn't have it. He wouldn't answer. I asked to speak to a manager he refused saying they do not speak to customers. I've looked up the email there is no address or number liked he claimed. It leads to the free trial. Shannon, Hiawatha IA
