Complaint Review: Dermadevine

I responded to an ad for Dermadevine and DermadevineEye--not sure if on internet or TV Trial offer with complicated terms - I am 80 years old and not really as alert as I would like to be.

When I realized that I was being charged automatically-(I  did not cancel) forgot about it) I called one of the numbers listed on the bank statement--it was answered by a very rude if not nasty person #179-Derrick-that much I was able to write down.   It looked like it might have been a FL location, but  He would not give me a mailing address of the company-said I didn't need it)actually refused --

told him I no longer lived at the address that item was mailed to--he said because i did not cancel I was required to pay--refused to give me a cancellation confirmation number-said it would come via e-mail(he didnot have it) only the computer had it.

I am stuck with the chrges if I can't prove I did not receive it--he gave me tracking numbers to call the USPS--can'treach them on the phone. They would need to give me a claim # and return that to them (where?)

The bottles indicate it might be a Nevada company-who knows-cannot find them anywhere on the internet for address to complain.   Want to write attorney general of the state, but not sure how to proceed or which one to write to. 

I noticed another complaint on your site for this company.  Obviously not  good one to do business with--not customer friendly -- just ripping off folks until the folks catch up with them.
