Dermadevine "Free trial" scam. Order the "free" sample offered for cost of shipping and get charged $89.95 two weeks later. Internet
I took advantage of a special offer from Dermadevine for samples of their skin care products for the cost of shipping. I was charged a total of $6.94 on my credit card. Two weeks later, I saw an addition charge in the amount of $89.95 coming through on my credit card. I called the company immediately and told them that I had not received anything other than their free samples and that I did not wish to receive anything more from them. I also called my bank to have the charge reversed as a fraudulent charge since I had received nothing more than the “free” samples. The charge was reversed. Dermadevine disputed the reversal by falsely telling the bank that I had placed the full order and authorized the charge. Do not fall for this "free trial" scheme - it's a scam!
