I ordered two products for a $4.99 shipping price.  DermaFI and RejuVen8. I received the small bottles in the mail and later realized I was charged $87 and $89 for the products. When I called customer service the lady was not helpful and she actually hung up the phone.  I called back and reached someone else who actually explained how this process works. He actually told me that most people think that they are getting trial bottles but those are the actual products. He said that you have a trial period of 14 days starting on the day that you place your order. If you do not call and cancel you will be charged for the product. He also said it is in the policy and he could not do anything about it. Finally after speaking with him telling him I was not going to let this go and it is not right what this company is doing he offered a 30% discount on other products , then he went to 50%.  Finally he offered a 100% refund. He said it would be returned to my account in 3-5 days and gave me a confirmation number.  I have not waited 3-5 days to file this report because this company is being very dishonest with their advertising and people need to know that they will be charged $160 approxmently one month later. Thank you
