DermaFi FITFORYOU Fraud at it's worst Internet
I happened to be reading my email on July 23 and noticed an ad with Oprah talking about a new give away. This held my interest because I liked her shows and she always recommended good products. I clicked on the ad to see that there was a FREE TRIAL for DermaFi & the Rejuvenate Eye Gel. All you had to pay was the shipping and handling. How bad could this be to simply try it?
I paid the $5.99 for one jar and $2.95 for the other jar, which was deducted on July 25. No where did I read that I would be hit with the original price of the jars after my order. I checked my bank balance today (August 8) and there are two charges, one for $89.31 and the other was for $87.47. I was shocked and angry becuase this had overdrawn my account.
I called the customer service department number on my bank statement and was told that it was written underneath something or other that I was responsible for the full price. I immediately told Bella (the rep) that I had not opened the bottles and I would return them. I wanted the charges removed and she replied that I was past the refund date. I was offered discounts of 50 and 65%. I told her that I didn't want the products anymore. I don't even want to try them. She insisted that I try to get the full benefit from the products and call back on September 6 to avoid further charges. FURTHER CHARGES???? I said that I am telling you right now, today that I don't want any future shipments. I don't want the products that were already shipped. She still refused to refund the charges. We went back and forth for 10 minutes. When I asked her what would happen if I forget to call on September 6, she replied that I should put it on my calendar. I asked for her name and the customer service number to submit a fraudulent advertising report. I will never click on one of those ads again. I still anm not satisfied because I am still on the hook for $176.78. I hope you can help. DiDi, Union, NJ
