Complaint Review: Dermaglow

Dermaglow I ordered a free trial and keep receiving monthly orders and charges. I called to find out why, said I had to cancel before 14 days. I chose to cancel and they credited me 50% to keep the product instead of getting the full refund, because they said it would take 4-6 weeks to get refunded. After cancelling I still got 2 charges $97 and $94 and received more product. UGH! Called again. they said I never cancelled, but they would give me a 35% discount to keep the product. I am furious. They chouldn't get away with this! unsure Internet

I ordered a free trial of Dermaglow.  They charged me the next month 2 charges, $97 and $94 and resent product.  I called to find out why.  they said I didn't cancel before the 14th day so I'm on auto ship.  I then asked to cancel and return product.  They replied it would take 4-6 weeks to get a refund and I would have to pay to return it or they would refund me 50% to keep product.  I cancelled and kept the product.  I did receive the 50% credit.  Yesterday I recieved another shipment and 2 more charges.  Ugh!  Just called to complain, got the same speal.  They told me they have no record of me cancelling.  I argued with the person.  Same thing,, refund will take 4-6 weeks or I can keep the product for 35% off.  I was furious!  I demanded to cancel and return at their cost for a full refund.  Then their speal was Ok, I'll give you 60% off to keep the product.  Omg!  Just cancel me!  She put me on hold, came back and gave me my cancellation #'s and said I was chosen for a promotion and I could keep the products.  ? Right?  Companies chouldn't get away with this!
